'Property Brothers' star, Jonathan Scott and his girlfriend have called it quits. 39-year-old Jonathan and girlfriend Jacinta Kuznetsov recently appeared on the HGTV home renovation show, alongside his brother, Drew. Both Jonathan and Jacinta confirmed the news on their Instagram accounts. They said there was no hate, drama, or negativity surrounding their break up. Jonathan explains, "Sometimes life takes you on unexpected paths and those paths aren’t always in the same direction." He added, "Our memories are filled with joy and we will continue to advocate for each other as friends wherever we go.” Jacinta's posts echoed Jonathan's sentiment. She is also a producer on 'Property Brothers.'
